Rawie introduces its new design and new facilities.

Rawie brand: New logo at the new location

Change is part of our DNA: With a modern, clean, and future-oriented logo, Rawie is opening a new chapter in its corporate history. The new appearance goes hand in hand with another milestone in the company’s history: the relocation to our new site in Rieste, located in Niedersachsenpark. After around one year of construction and a total investment of 10 million €, Rawie has moved into its new facilities mid-May 2026. With a size of 4,800 m2, the buildings are significantly larger than at the previous location. The new company headquarters covers a total area of 18,000 m2. The move marks an important step toward further growth and the ongoing optimization of our processes.

InnoTrans 2026: New logo for the international stage

Another highlight will follow in September: at InnoTrans in Berlin – the world’s largest trade fair for the railway industry – Rawie will present its new logo to an international professional audience for the first time. The trade fair offers the ideal platform to showcase not only innovative products but also the new brand identity and to demonstrate the company’s vision for the future together with customers and partners.

RAWIE Invests in the Future: New Construction Project Focused on Growth and Innovation

Osnabrück, June 6, 2025 – A. RAWIE GmbH & Co. KG, a globally operating provider of buffer stops as well
as barrier and access systems, is sending a strong signal for the future: with the groundbreaking ceremony
for a new, state-of-the-art facility, the long-established company is expanding its capacities and creating
space for further growth.

On a spacious 18,000-square-meter site in the Niedersachsenpark near Osnabrueck along the A1
motorway, a new company headquarters is currently under construction. It will feature 4,800 square
meters of production space and 500 square meters of modern office space. The site not only offers
optimal conditions for manufacturing and developing innovative products but also provides ample room
for future expansion.

“With this new facility, we are laying the foundation to further strengthen our innovative capabilities and
secure our market position in the long term,” explains Managing Director Markus Gehle. “The new
location enables us to respond even more efficiently to the needs of our international customers while
also creating an attractive working environment for our employees.”

RAWIE looks back on more than 130 years of company history. Since the invention of the friction buffer
stop by company founder Franz Rawie, the company has evolved into a globally recognized specialist in
dynamic rail safety systems. Today, RAWIE products are in use worldwide. In addition to buffer stops, the
company’s portfolio includes barrier and access systems for industrial, transportation infrastructure, and
private applications – always custom-made and manufactured to the highest quality standards.

With over 50 patents, around 70 employees at its headquarters in Osnabrück, and more than 40
international representatives, RAWIE is a true ambassador of German engineering and innovation. The
new site reinforces this commitment and marks another milestone in the company’s success story.
